Hi, I’m Suzy.
What if your sluggish liver and bad gut microbiome aren’t the root problem at all—but symptoms of something deeper? For me, that something is Hypo-ADHD.
Passive sabotage that slips into self-sabotage—brain fog, low energy, lack of motivation, and the endless cycle of wanting to do everything but being stuck doing nothing—sound familiar?
I know this struggle because I’ve lived it. My gut issues started when I was just three years old. By my mid-30s, I was in perimenopause—my weight was up, my energy was gone, and I felt invisible. I numbed the pain with food, alcohol, overwork, and pretending I was fine. Then in 2016, everything shifted when I broke my ankle. For the first time, I couldn’t outrun the truth. That’s when real healing began.
I rebuilt my health from the inside out through reflexology, holistic nutrition, and deep liver, lymph, and gut healing. I discovered how to calm my brain, restore my focus, and finally feel alive in my own body again.
Now, I guide women with ADHD through that same journey—helping you reset your metabolism, balance your gut and liver, and reclaim your focus and energy.
✨ You’re not broken—you’re just overdue for a reset. Let’s rebuild your health together.
Let’s rebuild—together.

Focused on root cause healing, not temporary hacks.
Real food. Real tools. Real transformation.
You are not alone:
You start diet protocols full of hope—but lose momentum, give in to cravings, or get stuck in the cycle of self-sabotage.
You crave sugar, alcohol, caffeine, or salty/crunchy comfort foods when your brain feels foggy or your energy dips.
You struggle with planning meals or sticking to an eating routine, even when you know what you “should” be doing.
You feel inflamed, heavy, or disconnected from your body—especially during perimenopause or menopause.
You’re ready to rebuild your health through food that supports your gut, liver, and focus—without fad diets or quick fixes.
It’s time to shred what’s been holding you back and shine brighter than ever.
What Hypo-ADHD Really Looks Like
Instead of looking disruptive, Hypo-ADHD often shows up in subtle ways—skipping meals, struggling with routines, sugar and sweets (cookies, cake, ice cream), alcohol, caffeine, salty or crunchy cravings (chips, fried foods), brain fog, and procrastination.
Too many women go undiagnosed until perimenopause or menopause magnifies the symptoms. This is why I believe this work is so important—because once you name it, you can finally change it.
The Sabotage Cycle
One of the most common ways Hypo-ADHD shows up is through what I call the Sabotage Cycle.
Passive Sabotage — “I’ll start tomorrow,” scrolling instead of prepping food, “just one drink or snack,” skipping hydration.
Tipping Point — “Since I already had one…,” automatic second drink or portion, guilt or brain fog creeping in.
Self-Sabotage — multiple drinks, binge eating, shame spiral, next-day fatigue and brain fog.
Recognizing this cycle is the first step to breaking it.
How I Help Break the Cycle
This is where my work steps in. I help you connect the dots between Hypo-ADHD, nutrition, and metabolic health so you can interrupt the sabotage cycle before it spirals. We begin by looking at your food patterns, daily rhythms, and body signals to uncover what’s keeping you stuck.
From there, I guide you with personalized tools—nutritional resets, reflexology, and nervous system support—that calm cravings, restore energy, and bring your focus back. Together, we move you from living in sabotage to shining with clarity, balance, and confidence.
This isn’t about willpower—it’s about rewiring your patterns so you can finally thrive.
